Wprawdzie kupnymi, ale nie umniejsza to ich smaku. Oczywi\u015bcie trafiaj\u0105 si\u0119 lepsze i gorsze bu\u0142eczki. Przyznaj\u0119, sama jeszcze nigdy nie pr\u00f3bowa\u0142am robi\u0107 ich w domu. Przygotowuj\u0119 jednak du\u017co innych deser\u00f3w z <strong>jagodami<\/strong>. Jednym z nich s\u0105 kieliszki wype\u0142nione ciemnymi aromatycznymi owocami zatopionymi w aksamitnym s\u0142odkim sosie z bia\u0142ej czekolady.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span itemprop=\"name\">Jagody w sosie z bia\u0142ej czekolady \/ Blackberries in white chocolate sauce<\/span>\u00a0&#8211; przepis \/ recipe:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">250-300 g \u015bwie\u017cych jag\u00f3d \/ fresh blackberries<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">100 g bia\u0142ej czekolady \/ white chocolate<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">200 g \u015bmietany krem\u00f3wki \/ double cream<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">li\u015bcie werbeny cytrynowej do przybrania \/ fresh leafs of lemon verbena<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jagody dok\u0142adnie myjemy p\u0142ucz\u0105c kilka razy i osuszamy. Czekolad\u0119 rozpuszczamy w k\u0105pieli wodnej. Krem\u00f3wk\u0119 podgrzewamy w rondlu, po czym wlewamy j\u0105 do miski z rozpuszczon\u0105 czekolad\u0105. Dok\u0142adnie mieszamy szpatu\u0142k\u0105 przez 2-3 minuty. Rozlewamy mieszanin\u0119 do 3-4 kieliszk\u00f3w a nast\u0119pnie dodajemy jagody. Odstawiamy do ostygni\u0119cia. Deser wstawiamy do lod\u00f3wki na 2-3 godziny. Przed podaniem ozdabiamy li\u015b\u0107mi werbeny cytrynowej.<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wash gently blackberries, then pat them dry with paper towels. Melt white chocolate in water bath. In a saucepan heat the double cream just below the boiling point. Pour the hot cream into the melted chocolate and stir with the spatula about 2-3 minutes. Pour mixture into 3-4 wine glasses than add fresh blackberries and leave to cool. Place dessert into the fridge for 2-3 hours.
