Na rozgrzan\u0105 patelni\u0119 wrzucamy mas\u0142o i podsma\u017camy na nim cebul\u0119. Nast\u0119pnie dodajemy pokrojon\u0105 w p\u00f3\u0142ksi\u0119\u017cyce cukini\u0119. Po 3-4 minutach zalewamy ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 mieszanin\u0105 przygotowan\u0105 z mleka, chrzanu i przypraw. Oko\u0142o 2-3 minut przed ko\u0144cem sma\u017cenia dodajemy drobno posiekany jarmu\u017c. Gotujemy makaron zgodnie z instrukcj\u0105.
