Dzi\u015b przepis na szybk\u0105, kremow\u0105 potraw\u0119 o delikatnym smaku &#8211; <strong><em>risotto<\/em> z <em>mascarpone<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\"><strong><span itemprop=\"name\">Risotto z mascarpone<\/span> &#8211; przepis:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">300 g ry\u017cu do <em>risotto<\/em><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">600 ml bulionu <\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">200 ml bia\u0142ego wina<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">250 g serka mascarpone<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">ma\u0142a pier\u015b z kurczaka<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 1 du\u017ca cebula<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 150 g fasoli szparagowej <\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> ser do posypania (ulubiony lub parmezan<\/span>)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> s\u00f3l, pieprz, tymianek<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurczaka kroimy na ma\u0142e kawa\u0142ki i podpiekamy przez 7-8 minut na patelni. Na sam koniec zalewamy wszystko bulionem, dodajemy: drobno pokrojon\u0105 fasolk\u0119, kurczaka, przyprawy oraz s\u00f3l. Gotujemy przez 15 minut mieszaj\u0105c co jaki\u015b czas. Nast\u0119pnie dodajemy mascarpone i gotujemy kolejne 10-15 minut.
