Szalotk\u0119 kroimy w plasterki, a fenku\u0142 i czosnek w drobn\u0105 kostk\u0119. Do g\u0142\u0119bokiego garnka wlewamy odrobin\u0119 oleju i przesma\u017camy na niej szalotk\u0119, czosnek i fenku\u0142. Po oko\u0142o 5 minutach dodajemy cukini\u0119 pokrojon\u0105 w p\u00f3\u0142ksi\u0119\u017cyce i dok\u0142adnie mieszamy. Do garnka wlewamy 200 ml wody i dodajemy: kafir, garam masal\u0119, kurkum\u0119, past\u0119 chilli, s\u00f3l i pieprz. Kiedy woda zacznie si\u0119 gotowa\u0107 wrzucamy r\u00f3wnie\u017c krewetki. Ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 gotujemy przez kolejne 3-5 minut. Dodajemy mleko kokosowe i gotujemy kolejne 3-4 minuty na wolnym ogniu.
