Przepis pochodzi z mojej najnowszej ksi\u0105\u017cki <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/publicat.pl\/publicat\/oferta\/ksiazki-kucharskie\/kuchniokracja-deserownik\">Deserownik<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;\"><strong> <span itemprop=\"name\">Tarta z kozim jogurtem i figami<\/span> &#8211; przepis:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> <em>Sp\u00f3d:<\/em> <\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 80 g m\u0105ki pszennej<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 60 g m\u0105ki gryczanej<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 1\/2 \u0142y\u017ceczki soli<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 60 g mas\u0142a<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> \u017c\u00f3\u0142tko<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> <em>Nadzienie:<\/em><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 125 g koziego jogurtu<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> s\u00f3l<\/em><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> suszony oraz \u015bwie\u017cy tymianek<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span itemprop=\"ingredients\"> 2-3 \u015bwie\u017ce fig<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do miski wsypujemy m\u0105ki i s\u00f3l. Dodajemy drobno posiekane zimne mas\u0142o i \u017c\u00f3\u0142tko. Szybko zagniatamy ciasto, zawijamy je w foli\u0119 spo\u017cywcz\u0105 i wstawiamy do lod\u00f3wki na 30 minut. Po tym czasie ciasto cienko rozwa\u0142kowujemy, przek\u0142adamy do okr\u0105g\u0142ej formy o \u015brednicy 18-20 cm i nak\u0142uwamy widelcem. Sp\u00f3d pieczemy 15-20 minut w temperaturze 190\u00b0C. Jogurt mieszamy z sol\u0105 i suszonym tymiankiem. Mas\u0119 wylewamy na ostudzony sp\u00f3d tarty. Na wierzchu uk\u0142adamy figi pokrojone w plasterki. Tart\u0119 pieczemy 20-30 minut w piekarniku rozgrzanym do temperatury 180\u00b0C.
