Na sam koniec dodajemy p\u0142ynne mas\u0142o i ponownie wyrabiamy. Wyrobione ciasto przykrywamy \u015bciereczk\u0105 z materia\u0142u i odstawiamy na 60-90 minut do wyro\u015bni\u0119cia. Z wyro\u015bni\u0119te ciasto rozwa\u0142kowujemy na grubo\u015b\u0107 oko\u0142o 1 cm. \u015amietan\u0119 mieszamy z 50 g cukru i cynamonem. Mieszanin\u0105 smarujemy rozwa\u0142kowane ciasto. Ciasto sk\u0142adamy i formujemy co\u015b na kszta\u0142t rolady. Ciaso umieszczamy w formie na babk\u0119, przykrywamy lnian\u0105 serwetk\u0105 i odstawiamy na 30-40 minut.
