Dodajemy drobno posiekane zimne mas\u0142o, mleko i \u017c\u00f3\u0142tko. Szybko zagniatamy ciasto, zawijamy je w foli\u0119 spo\u017cywcz\u0105 i wstawiamy do lod\u00f3wki na 30 minut. Po tym czasie ciasto cienko rozwa\u0142kowujemy, przek\u0142adamy do okr\u0105g\u0142ej formy o \u015brednicy 17-18 cm i nak\u0142uwamy widelcem.
